Luviva offers Free Trackable Shipping on all of our products.
We have partnerships with DHL Express, USPS, FedEx, UPS, and many other shipping companies to make our deliveries as fast and smooth as possible.
You will always receive an automatic order confirmation once your order has been placed, along with an email containing delivery information once the package has been shipped. If you can't find it in your inbox, please check your spam folder or other folders apart from your primary inbox.
You can use the tracking number to monitor your order’s route using our Tracking Pages.
Your package will be delivered to your mailbox or doorstep. If, for any reason, the package cannot be delivered to your address, it will be left at your nearest post office, and you will be notified via email or SMS.
We have a processing time of 1-3 days to quality check and package your items before shipping. After quality control and packaging, your package will be shipped with trackable delivery, with an estimated delivery time of 5-11 business days.
There are no additional customs fees for deliveries within Sweden.
To keep prices as low as possible, all products are shipped directly from the manufacturer in Asia. As an intermediary in this process, it is our responsibility to ensure that the goods reach the customer efficiently.

Our goal is to deliver within the mentioned times, but delivery dates are not guaranteed, as shipments are handled by third parties. Orders will be processed in accordance with the sales terms. We cannot change the delivery address for orders that have already been shipped. Please wait up to 20 business days before contacting customer support regarding a missing order.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If a product/shipment is damaged during transit, this must be reported to the shipping company as soon as possible, typically through the pick-up point/distributor. Visible damage should be reported upon receipt, while hidden damage must be reported within 5 days of receiving the package. Failure to report transport damage within this time frame will forfeit the right to file a claim, as it cannot be proven how the damage occurred afterwards.
Priority Shipping + Shipping Insurance
When choosing Priority Shipping with Shipping Insurance, your order will be processed with priority and shipped the next business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). This service also includes full shipping insurance, providing you with extra protection in case of damage, loss, or significant delays during shipping.
If your shipment is damaged, lost, or substantially delayed during transport, a new package will be sent to you at no extra cost, as soon as this has been verified by our customer service in collaboration with the shipping company.
Please note that Priority Shipping with Shipping Insurance does not guarantee an exact delivery date but is only a service for faster handling from the warehouse and safer shipping.
